	COMMITMENT AND LIMITED ON OUR MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS At Advanced Sound a great deal of forethought, love, and pride goes into each piece of workmanship. We take pride in getting to know our customers on a first-name basis. Advanced Sound products are designed and manufactured to provide a high level of trouble-free performance. We believe in the experienced craftsmanship, engineering, and material technology that goes into each and every speaker system in our catalog; and we are pleased to offer this warranty to the purchaser. Advanced Sound warrants to the original purchaser that its speaker products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years. If during the applicable warranty period from the date of original purchase, any Advanced Sound product is found to be defective by Advanced Sound, we will replace such defective products without charge for parts or labor subject to the following conditions: ...The product has not been altered, subjected to misuse or damage through negligence, accident or improper operation. ....The maximum power rating has not been exceeded as evidenced by an over-heated voice coil. ....The product must be returned to Advanced Sound, freight prepaid, in the original shipping container. Advanced Sound will return the replacement freight prepaid. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE ON OUR MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS Advanced Sound guarantees to the original purchaser of our manufactured speaker line only that he or she will be completely satisfied that the speaker performs to their expectations; or he or she may return it in original condition to our factory within thirty (30) days from date of purchase and receive a full refund. We will provide you with a return authorization. Purchaser is required to pay all shipping costs. SPEAKER REPAIR OR RECONING WARRANTY Advanced Sound warrants that its resurrounded or rebuilt speakers are free from any defect in material and workmanship for three (3) years on consumer use and one (1) year on commercial use. Damage to property and any consequential loss are excluded, and this warranty does not apply to any loss or damage that results from accident, neglect or misuse. This warranty applies only to work done by Advanced Sound as evidenced by "proof of repair." Proof of repair (original invoice) must accompany all warranty requests.
